NOE Expander Plug size

Going to order M type case expander plugs for the following : Am I ordering the correct ones .
1.) NOE 358-124-TC-GC sized to .357 for loading into 9mm Luger : .357 x .353 (P) Exp Plug Auto Pistol
after sizing the bullets measure .357 on the money.
2.) NOE 360-160-WC-PB sized to .358 for loading in 38 Special : .358 x .354 (P) Exp Plug .
after sizing the bullets measure .358 on the money .
I am fairly sure these are the correct exp. plugs ...but a second opinion is always a good thing to have.
I ordered a exp. plug when I ordered two different 41 magnum moulds.... after using I realized how well they work ... I should have ordered one with the other NOE moulds ...they are so sweet !
Really Like the new Site....Awesome Job Guys !

Generally speaking expander plugs should be 2 thou over and 2 thou under bullet diameter, you want no more than 2 thou bullet retention.
In each case you have chosen 4 thou bullet retention which risks bullet deformation.
.357" would need a .359 x .355 expander.
.358" would need a .360 x .356 expander.

Thanks dromia for information , I have now ordered the correct size exp. plugs.
I was correct in asking for a second opinion ..... it wouldn't have been the first time I ordered the wrong thing.
Appreciate the help,
Gary
