Al has gotten another machine installed and is getting it geared up to run those types of things.  Hopefully that should help to get caught up on those.
I believe that if we can get at least 5 individuals to reply that we can get some push rods scheduled.

Yeah, once the mold gets up to temp and you don't let it cool too long.
So you can cut the sprues on a 4 cavity mold by hand? I'm impressed. I can do a 3 cav, but not a 5. Guess I'll see if I can do a 4.

I've found that the tapping with a mallet works well, but once you get a mold hot, you can use a gloved hand to open the mold too.  I prefer the tap.

What you would like to see ran / Re: Everything Airgun !!!!

I've talked to Al and he has just run some 25 cal molds and is going to be running some of the 22 cals soon (I bought my first pcp airguns recently so I'm dying to try out some of my own pellets/slugs).

The guys on the Forums are screaming for moulds for .22, .25 and .30 cal pellets and slugs....  ::)

Probably should ask the questions about this bullet in the discussion thread (link in the original post) but a quick short answer to your question is "no, probably not."  30 twist is hair too slow of a twist rate to stabilize the longer bullets.  According to the berger stability calculator, if you got it up to about 1000fps in a 30 twist barrel, it would be marginally stable (maybe stable maybe not).  The marlin with a 16 twist should have no issues stabilizing it.

Question, would this stabilize from a Rossi M92 with 1 in 30 twist at 38 Special velocities?

Thanks for sharing!  I've just entered the realm of PCP air guns and am hoping to get started casting with mine soon.

I talked with Al and he said we could make it a go as a group buy.  If you want a gas check mold, you will need to specify.  I verified with Al that he could do the gas check option.  Here it is:

Hey bob, does it work ok for you now?

The problem only seems to happen when I try and Reply to a thread.... Starting a new thread, like this one, seems to work OK....

A friend of mine helped design that bullet and has good luck.  I hope to be able to catch up on video projects and work on that bullet.

Thanks DREG for posting the TRN link.  I updated the original post to show the TRN link.  Youtube really sucks these days.
