We understand that there has been some concern regarding NOE, prompting us to provide an update. Over the past few months, we’ve encountered significant challenges, primarily due to serious health crises affecting two key individuals within our team—one directly and the other involving a spouse. As a result, our presence in the business hasn’t been as consistent as we would have preferred.
However, we’re pleased to report that both individuals are currently undergoing treatment and are expected to make full recoveries. While the treatments are ongoing, we remain optimistic about their progress.
In addition to these health challenges, we’ve also experienced some staff turnover. As a result, we are actively training a new machinist to ensure continuity and maintain our standards of quality. The training process is progressing smoothly, and we anticipate having our team back to full strength by August.
Rest assured, we are working diligently to replenish our shelves in preparation for the upcoming holiday season. Your continued support during this time is greatly appreciated.
