We understand that there has been some concern regarding NOE, prompting us to provide an update. Over the past few months, we’ve encountered significant challenges, primarily due to serious health crises affecting two key individuals within our team\u2014one directly and the other involving a spouse. As a result, our presence in the business hasn’t been as consistent as we would have preferred.<\/p>\n
However, we’re pleased to report that both individuals are currently undergoing treatment and are expected to make full recoveries.\u00a0\u00a0 While the treatments are ongoing, we remain optimistic about their progress.<\/p>\n
In addition to these health challenges, we’ve also experienced some staff turnover. As a result, we are actively training a new machinist to ensure continuity and maintain our standards of quality. The training process is progressing smoothly, and we anticipate having our team back to full strength by August.<\/p>\n

Many of you will have noticed a recent price increase on our molds.\u00a0\u00a0 We held the line as long as we could but with materials costs, shipping costs, energy costs, and labor costs all increasing over the last couple years, we could no longer hold prices at 2018 levels.\u00a0\u00a0 There is never a good time to announce a price increase, we understand that and fought hard not to.\u00a0 We are continuing to evaluate and adjust our prices as required and hope to be able to bring them down as the situation changes.<\/p>\n
