Air Guns / Testing NOE 315-103-SWC
« on: June 20, 2016, 01:04:54 AM »
I went to shootting range with few friends and I had change to test this NOE's .315-103-SWC rcbs clone bullet. I shot 10 shot groups with Corsair .308 and bullets were sized to .309 I'm very pleased this mold. Without that one flyer group could be even tighter but 10 shots is 10 shots  ;) There was little bit windy but this was my best group.

10 shots @ 100M = 109 Yards.  45mm = 1.77 inch

Anyone else interested 228407 68Gr. FN . GC and PB versions would be nice....  .225407 fits me also if GC and PB versions is possible..

Group Buy Discussions / Handles
« on: October 10, 2015, 10:52:35 AM »
Has anyone need to get heavier handles for NOE's molds? I feel that when You insert 4-5 cavity brass mold robust handles wouldn't be bad idea...Nothing wrong those handles which are store now,but brass mold is so much heavier than aluminium.Any thoughts? Is it even possible carry out?

Air Guns / Few my Airgun
« on: September 19, 2015, 11:41:03 PM »

Corsair .308 Made in USA. Very accurate airgun. I'm shooting this one silhouette competion (Track pistol silhoutettes 8mm iron) which stands chickens 25m, pigs 50m, turkeys, 75m and rams 100m. Also bench rest competions. Usually we shoot 10 shot groups. Best 10 shot group @ 100m what i've been shot is 30mm. Then long range shooting, I can shoot cola cans @ 300m on this gun.

Savage, made in Finland. This one has in this picture .257 upper. I have also two other uppers for this gun .45cal and 50 BMG. Used shoot those .45 and .50 silhouette competions and .257 bench rest and long range. Altouhgt that .257 is so new that I haven't find good working bullet,or shooting pressure yet...

I have also few others but those are on repair or getting new stock so I cant show any pictures from those.

Casted all my bullets... I have I think near 100 molds... 33 molds  from NOE (name on few list) and 8 other mold makers mold

Only problem I live suburb and nearest shooting range is about 150km... You can't shoot these airguns on backyard..

Edit: here is my friends air gun. It is lets say heavy air gun  ;D it is 20mm

Group Buy Discussions / Copy of Saeco 61023
« on: June 15, 2015, 03:15:45 PM »
Any interested get NOE copy of Saeco SAE61023  .458" nominal diameter, 385 grain, Soft Point bullet.

This one is casted pure lead and 2% Sn

I would like to get this one at .460 diameter and 2 or 4 cavity mold. Unfortunately I haven´t got any WW and sending samples from Finland to USA costs  are incredible... So if anyone has this mold and has WW and could cast some samples and send it to Al, it would be great.

Group Buy Discussions / Old Ideal mold´s
« on: May 06, 2015, 03:31:40 PM »
I should get CAD-drawings for 2 old ideal molds for .257 caliber.  If/when I get those drawings those would be at.260 diameter. One is 98gr GC Ideal with Lyman type hollowpoint pin and other is older. I don´t mind if that HP mold  is without HP pin... Like FT or Spitzer style mold. But HP is also good option and if it is possible do my choise is HP

My question is do You folks like to get those mold´s modern versions from NOE?

So if I get those CAD drawings is there any interested people for those molds?

And of course if Swede can/want do those mold´s....
