.45 cal 310 gr paul matthews utility bullet

I found this Paul Matthews design in an old Handloader magazine(#137).  I thought it looked interesting and maybe worthy of a group buy here.  He states in the article that it was scaled up from the Belding and Mull 454260 for the .45 Colt; so maybe it could even be cut for a range of .45 Cal firearms?
