Checking to see if there is enough interest in a .22 caliber air rifle pellet/bullet for a Group Buy.  There has been a proposed GB for a 30 grain flat base single driving band design that has languished over at Cast Bullets for about three years with what appears to be no foreseeable conclusion.

Wether a drive band design or a cup base/skirted design, I have no preference, I just don’t like buying projectiles, air or powder fired,,,,,,,.

Well, the Crosman Premiers’ seem to run in the .205 to .210 range, but I have zero expertise on the subject.

I was unaware that the solid, drive band pellets are essentially only PCP suitable, so, it would seem that what I’m looking for is a skirted design.

So a nose pour hollow based pin mold, but, I guess the biggest question would be whether you could keep enough heat I the mold for pouring approximately 15 pellets.

Not sure if this is right place for those kind of molds…I mean I’am airgunner also but I use casted bullets not pellets. And most of airguns which shoots pellets has choked barrels so shooting casted bullets is waste of time and effort. Those won’t work choked barrels… I don’t think that here is 10 buyers who are interested those kind of molds but You can try….

I’m interested in .22 for the air rifle

There is already a great design here which is still up in group buys: http://noebulletmolds.com/smf/index.php/topic,1322.0.html
