Bullet mould diameter when powder coating

I’m interested in powder coating the new HTC310-162SP (BT).  My ’03 Springfields’ groove diameters are .310 and .3105.  I’d like to shoot these bullets as cast and do away with sizing if possible.  My lead alloy will probably be “range lead” from the berms of the BPCR range or 16/1 as I cast for my PP bullets.  Do I have to account for the thickness of the powder coating when ordering the proper bullet diameter or just cast it, coat it, and shoot it?  Thank you.
