Looking for a mold for my Ruger m77 x39 for coyotes. Already have RD x39 that was designed last year and it’s working out great but would like something lighter maybe 311-115- FN 311008 or close to it. Like to stick with cast bullets and I know there’s jacketed bullets out there. Range is around 150-200 yards mostly in open fields and clear cuts. Not looking into saving pelts at this time. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

I wanted the same thing until I learned that most 7.62x39s have 1 in 10 twists and lightweight cast bullets must be shot at lower velocities to prevent stripping on the lands. The RD 313-150 RG with the HP pins are still the best cast boolit option. An added bonus is that the 150gr will cycle the bolt of my SKSs. I want the very least of the ‘yote pelt that I can get or find!

Yeah I was wondering about that if they were pushed too hard they may skid on the lands. Thanks for the input!
