Another new mould I was finally able to try.  Raw casting on the left and a coated (Hi-Tek Kryptonite Green) gas checked and sized on the right.

Those pointy bullets are fun.  I ended up getting a mold for each size, 357 mag, 44 mag, 45 & 458 and 500 mag.

I have always thought they were neat and finally got moulds for 357 and 44 to try out.

I have no idea how well they fly at farther distances, but I sure like casting them hard and shooting them through things.

The 357’s will be shot mostly out of my .357 Coonan autoloader I am thinking as well as trying them out in my 627’s.  Don’t shoot far with .357’s (except my .357 MAX but I use heavier bullets for that) but I do shoot long range steel a lot with the .44 so I will see how they do at distance.

I have the .357 and the .44 but haven’t got around to do any serious testing. But I hope to use them for long range.
