      All NOE’s 40 calibre moulds are sans crimp groove so make them not best suited to smokeless loads for an underlever.

      How about a 40 cal underlever crimp groove bullet, say a reduced copy of the 44-40 bullet NOE 432-200-RF PB, maybe an RG option as well?

      Surely I can’t be the only 38-40 lover on here?

        I have done a lot of load development for my Model 92 .38-40. By far the best design is the Magma one. The crimp groove is in just the right location for col, feeding and fit to the Winchester throat! Accurate too!
        I could be talked into an aluminum mold that was an exact copy of that bullet.
