Attached is some Hodgdon Load data From the Hodgdon, IMR, Win powder website for the 35 Remington for a 220 Gr bullet.
I believe that you will find H4895 listed… in the attached powder mfg data…
At least this gives you some verifiable load data that is closer to the 232 grain, than the 200 grain load data that you have found to date… from one of the powder mfgs…
For your convenience I have also listed in a second attachment the Hodgdon 200 Grain load data for the 35 Remington to reference agains the 220 grain data…
As a reference on the differences in bullet weight with relatively the same powders from that same website for a 200 grain bullet both the 220 & the 200 appear to list H4895 at 33.0 Grains of powder as a starting load for both bullet weights.
I still might recommend to backoff a tiny bit from the starting data and not start with the maximum loads listed, as the main variable that I do not know and you have not listed what the Seating depth and COAL on your cartridges will be… to allow said cartridge to cycle properly through your rifles magazine…
I can at this time only go by the intel that the Hodgdon powder mfg recommends… and used to generate said attachment data.

I have the QuickLoad Program that I have used for many years… it is a simple matter to double check the NOE quickload data if it includes the cast bullet number. Otherwise it is not too hard given the NOE cast bullet sketch to input that cast bullet representation… into the data base…
I also have the same program that NOE uses to design its cast bullets when it comes to that…
Normally with Quickload I do not post that prediction intel on the public forum…
There are a number of variables that the program needs that come into play to get repeatable and accurate predictable QuickLoad data.
