Did you mean the NOE 360-162-WC? the 358432 is a Lyman mould number not an NOE mould number..

NOTE: there are some slight differences that you should be aware of …

The NOE version is basically setup to throw a .360 diameter cast bullet not a Lyman .358 diameter and is advertised as having a crimp grove as originally requested in that original group buy… that is now apparently sold out…

The cast bullet nose is also apparently setup to be an exposed nose rather than seated flush as it has a .345 nose diameter instead of the cast body diameter.

So if you plan to powder coat you will most probably end up with body diameter of circa .362 dia once the powder coat is applied and baked on…

That may mean that you will most probably need to size the powder coated product back down to circa .358 or .359…

If you plan to install those cast bullets into a 38 special case or a 357 mag case… lest you tend to begin to bulge the case at approximately an ~ .450 distance down from the neck of the straight cartridge cases by seating the wadcutters to a .455 seating depth or more to the cartridge case neck as this wadcutter design was originally setup for… to make the original target wadcutter…

Attached is the NOE store link to that particular NOE mould:

              Gentlemen,

That are now apparently three of you that have tended to indicate that you are interested… this tends to be a good start…

If the mould that you want is an actual duplicate of the 358432 as the subject thread indicates … then this forum thread will eventually have to most probably be moved to one of the group buy discussions if enough interest is generated in a very short time…

If what your are looking for is actually the NOE mould number … that I originally queried about (The 360-162-WC) Though it is somewhat similar … It is in fact I believe a different mould design … as I believe that I have both design types in my war bag, and they are for me at least basically put to different uses… due to the crimp and nose design differences… Thus my original query in regard to your postings…

Most probably the actual 358432 mould design duplication will need a minimum of 10 individuals to separately request said new mould instead of the needed 5 for a what you would like to see run on an already approved design that is simply out of stock…

It might therefore be wise for each of you to go back to your posting and amend the subject line with what you actually want to help Al and NOE put into stock what you might actually be looking for… You are each allowed by the forum to modify your own original postings to actually identify  what you actually want…

Your call on that… for each of you…

A little background here… on why I just made the previous couple of statements…
When in the distant past I talked to Al via a series of emails regarding a request for a GC mould with a slightly shorter GC shank …. with nothing else changing on the entire design… I was told that the modification would require new tooling to be made … to shorten the GC shank…  to product the new mold design…

Also I might possibly recommend to MT Gianni as the originator of this forum thread to start posting a list of those individuals who have replied that they want a mould… as they reply…
As the thread originator you for better or worse will be the only individual who can move the entire thread to the correct forum subject…

Regularly posting an updated list to the forum thread with additional posting requests will also tend to help keep the spotlight on the mould type requests in question …

The 6.5 Carcano bullet mould postings are a successful example of this… (269-163-RN) it took a while but eventually there was success…

The updated posting requests will help down the line provided that one gets at least 5 different individuals to request a new run of the 360-162-WC or 10 individuals who would like to see a new mould design with new tooling to actually reproduce the 358432 Lyman Mould design …

The forum lately is not apparently been allowing attachments or I would simply attach the two mould designs .jpgs in question … so that each of you would be able to see the differences and then detail the differences between the two wadcutter mould designs… for you to be able to make a more educated decision…

Hopefully in the near future the latest set of mandates are relaxed…  new stock and moulds will once again begin to fill the store inventory bins…

NOE and the other local mould manufacturers will then actually have some time to actually think about new tooling and mould designs…

Nuff said… the ball is now in your respective courts… I sincerely wish you luck on your mould requests…

If you three gentlemen are still looking for a 38-357 Mag Wadcutter… you might possibly want to look at the following in stock NOE wadcutter mould design.

                https://noebulletmolds.com/site/product-category/358/360-148-wc-t1/

After my last posting on this subject…  I noted that there is now stock once again on this particular NOE mould wadcutter design…

The 148 Gr weight is more in keeping with the traditional wadcutter design weights that are being offered … and in addition are apparently only in stock as a RG design …

I have this particular mould myself … in my war bag…

                Just a thought …. Your call …
