I have had two orders in for roughly 8 months, Al did call and say they would be delayed because of an inventory issue where things were marked in stock that really were not, but he also said they would be shipping out in 4 weeks, which it has clearly been longer than that. He also mentioned he is no longer responding to any emails and you need to call him, I have tried to call several times and I never get an answer. One ring and then silence. If anyone knows anything else that information would be helpful.

You might possibly want to sign in to your account @ NOE and check your order status…
It might be that the orders that you are looking for have shipped and may be lost…
If they have shipped there should potentially be a tracking number that you can follow up on…
That way you won’t potentially be looking for an email or a phone reply,

Take Care, & Stay Safe…Thanks for the information. They both still show as “In Shipping” I had placed an order after that as well, which I did receive and when it shipped it was marked as completed. I know people are still getting their orders so Al is still filling them. Probably just too busy to answer the phone.

I have had shipments in the past that I have received … That still show as in shipping…
If the shipments have actually shipped when you look at view … for that order there will be a tracking number listed…
If not then the in shipping status … may in fact be correct…Take Care & Stay Safe…
I’ve looked in there as well, no tracking on either. Although interestingly, I placed another order a few days ago (and mentioned my not shipped but in stock orders in the notes section as a hail Mary) and that newest order has now been shipped with a tracking number. I was hoping they may see my note in there since email is no longer monitored and I can’t seem to get him on the phone. NOE molds are well worth a wait, but maybe I’m just to impatient.
Traditionally I have not been billed until my order ships from NOE.
I would imagine that the same is true for you…Have you been billed, or somehow paid for those orders that are listed as still being in shipping?
If you paid by check instead of automatically by credit card then you can check to see if the bank has cashed your check or checks…
Orders tend to be held until the check has been received and processed…
If you paid by credit card … have those charges for the order amounts… ever been listed on the monthly billings?
It’s one other way to check on your potentially missing orders… + order status… from your end of the equation…
Just on the off chance … that the orders have somehow … actually shipped, & then lost or delayed somehow … along the way …
Lost orders in shipping do tend to happen …

I was billed for them on my credit card, and the charges were finalized, no longer pending, which I have already paid and they have not been charged-back.
I got the call from Al saying orders were backed up around June I believe, and he asked if I was willing to wait a few weeks, or if I wanted a refund for my orders, since it was supposed to be just a few weeks more, I said I would wait.
I truly believe they haven’t shipped as I receive notifications for mail through USPS Informed Delivery, FedEx, UPS and Stamps.com and never saw any new tracking numbers appear in there. And it seems NOE is always on top of sending out shipping notifications, and updating your order information on their website.
I’m certainly not trying to say anything negative about Al, or NOE, just hoping that I will receive my orders.
Just a thought…
You might want to think about posting what the items are that you ordered that you still are awaiting…
IF nothing else the specific order numbers in question to aid NOE proper…
It might be that those items have somehow fallen through the cracks… If you decided that you wish to be more specific then that might possibly help NOE proper to fill your orders…
If nothing else the forum Moderator, & Administrators might still be able to privately contact Al & bring your long awaited orders to fruition…

This order I have not seen any of these molds come into stock but I would be willing to pick a different mold even, at the time this was the only one marked as in stock so I settled. As we know this was part of the inventory mix up and it wasn’t truly in stock.
The second order (270-151) everything appears to be marked as in stock currently, but again I would even be willing to pick different molds.

In regard to the 310-208 NOE bullet mould stock…
There appear to be PB moulds in stock but no GC versions…The question may be that there may have been another run of that mould in the interim based on your initial statement that the 310-208 was the only mould in stock at the time…

NOTE: It has been my experience that unless you intend to push the cast product faster than 1600 FPS with traditional lubes or plan to powder coat your cast product that you do not basically need a GC version… with the added cost of $.05 to $.10 per bullet for GCs.
The chosen mould diameter of .310 tends to mean to me that you are going for a .308 – .309 dia with a traditional lube or possibly going for a .311 to .312 dia with a powder coat… since powder coat tends to add at least .001 to .002 to the cast bullet diameter…
Depending on your method of processing and your choice of GC & PB versions on the 310-208 then you might want to tend to look at the :

Take Care, & Stay Safe…I would just like to update this thread. I just received the newest order I had placed, and along with it, the previous order from 8 months ago of the 270 in stock mold. It looks like my comments in the notes section of the newest order regarding this missing order, and its in stock status worked.

Hi, I’ve emailed and tried to call a few times. When I’ve phoned it goes to answer phone with the”please leave a message” statement. The issue is, the Phone memory is full and it won’t take new messages.
I ordered a mould back in Jan. 22. All seemed fine. Tracking was provided and I excitedly waited for my mould. Time went by and the tracking notice hasn’t changed. Tracking says my mould is in LA and has been for the last 4 1/2 weeks. I just want to know if USPS have lost my mould or what???

It might help everyone at NOE proper… if you post what the items were that you ordered back in January and the original order number from NOE that you got the tracking number on…
That will tend to give NOE proper the intel to look and see what might be going on with your order…
That has tended to help others who may have had the same problem in the past…
You can also log in to the NOE store, & check your order account status… That has helped in the past also…
