Generic Drawing for new version of the 1.5 caliber long BBT…. It can be made in any of the calibers shown….
Plain Base versions can also be made without the boattail…. The .218″ version would be 23-24 gr…. I think Al will be making both….

Just thought that I would mention that there is a newer member who has posted that they think that this new version will be an RG version design … with the Flat, Cup Point, & HP pins… circa Sept 1, 2022
I didn’t include that individual on my unofficial listing… for the new version option … because of the comment at the end of the posting, about the Flat, Cup Point & HP pins … To be open about this the posting was included in the 217 series thread posting… almost as a postscript in regard to also wanting the 218 version … with the RG pins option.
Sometimes the newer members tend to miss the meaning of the RG designation & just see the HP, thinking that the multi cavity mould is all an RG version…
When in fact it may only be a single cavity,… that in fact has a single external Lyman type… HP pin that can be reversed for an HP or a flat pin …
Is this a correct assumption on the members part, or is the new design contemplated to be a single cavity reversible Lyman pin like the previous design versions?
RG versions or Lyman HP? Or both … ?
Defining what you, & Al have been discussing might tend to help here.

I have asked Al to make all new design Airgun Slug moulds in the RG version, in 2 cavity aluminum and brass, and 4 cavity aluminum, as those are the most popular…. so they would have FN, HP and Cup point pins included….
Pellets would continue to be hollow base, nose pour, RG style, with 3 sets of pins for different base cavity depths….
