      My wife has carpal tunnel but loves to shoot.  I had to come up with a soft recoiling load for her .38 snubbie.  The 360105 DWC with 2.5 grains of Winchester 231 was the answer.  Very light recoil and accurate out to 20 yards.  She hasn’t shot it past that but I image there would be no issues.
