You might want to be a bit more specific as to which specific mould that you just bought and what powders that you might have on hand or prefer … I.E. the projected cast weight …

Also what wads or spacers that you may, or may not have… to assemble your 410 loads with…

That might help the membership to come up with some load data …

Finally … have you gone to Loaddata and typed in .410 in the shotgun section, & the projectile weight etc… to see what might come up?

Shotguns are not like handguns and rifles… you need to follow the load recipe exactly… also I might recommend a shotgun reloading manual or two to cross check the data…

Lastly … Even if you don't have a subscription to the loaddata data base … you can still see what might come up sans the powder or powders amount … for ideas to help you pick a direction …

          Ok,

On the off chance that you are referring to the 410-123-FN mould I did a little internet surf.

Attached below is an excerpt from an article that I found on the internet by Eaton Rapids Joe

          http://eatonrapidsjoe.blogspot.com/2015/12/why-love-for-410.html

A few “Internet” recipes.  Use at your own risk:

          BPI Thug-slug recipe
          2.5” Cheddite hull, fold crimp`
          Ch209 primer
          10 gr Unique powder
          One “Thug-slug” (125 grains)
          1505 fps

          2.5” Fiocchi hull, fold crimp
          Fio 616 primer
          10 gr Blue Dot powder
          MG410 wad
½ oz. lead shot (recommend 7-1/2)
          1200 fps

2.5” Winchester AA HS hull, fold crimp
          Win 209 primer
13 gr Hodgdon Lil Gun powder
          Winchester or Claybuster wad
          ½ oz. lead shot
          Velocity not listed

2.5” Winchester AA HS hull, fold crimp
          Win 209 primer
15.5 gr Hodgdon H-110 or Winchester 296 powder
          Winchester or Claybuster wad
          ½ oz. lead shot
          1200 fps
