Is there a reason that there are NO .513 molds available?

I’ve been watching the site for several months and still nothing.

It’s nice there is a “new forum” but would rather have a new mold for my Sharps.

I talked with Mr. Nelson the other day.  He has many molds he is planning on introducing. Not sure on the .513.  you might want to send him an email.

Ken, Sorry, I’m not sure who “Mr.  Nelson” is,  but there are several .513 molds currently on the web site. None are available. Although, if a new mold is  being considered, a .515 bullet with a hollow base would be great. It could be sized to .513, .512 or .510 allowing for use in almost any  50 cal cartridge. By default the weight would be around 450 gr. give or take.

Mark Al owns NOE,  He is working full tilt.  I am sorry I misunderstood your post.  Keep checking back.  His molds are in huge demand and often sell out pretty quick.  With all the designs he offers it is nearly impossible to keep everything in stock.  Next time I talk to him on the phone, I will ask him about the .513 stuff.

              Ken,

Outstanding. Thank you. I have a couple of noe molds and am very happy with them. There are several molds I would purchase if they were available.

Which mold model in particular are you looking for?

If that’s not available, then 513-452-FN-AF3. 2 Cavity mold.

                      Mark

Have both of them on the schedule and in process.

Should be back on the shelf in a week or two.

                      Regards

Any plans to offer a .513 in the 600 gr. range? I’d like to try it out in my 50/140 sharps.

I’m also looking for some of the heavier .512-.513 moulds, gearing up for my 50 Alaskan barrel that is on order.
