      Hi all
Am considering getting a mould for 9.3 x 62.  My rifle is a Zastava M 70 and while it shoots extremely well  it has probs feeding anything but speer 270 gr hot cor.  Last lot I bought they were $ 1.40 a pill (ouch)  What results have ppl had with the Noe 9.3 280 gr?
      cheers  Jeff

        Welcome
The 368 280Gr. FN has been a great bullet.
It is one we try to keep in stock and have
seen some great targets shot with it.

My 9.3×62 mauser is a 98 mauser custom build , I had a bit of feed trouble at first but it was the Hornady brass full length resizing the new brass took care of it, I thought Hornady brass would be made better than that.
My  mold is another brand of .286 gr FN NOE was out of stock at the time and I wanted to play with my new toy, it preforms very well with cast bullets. group less than 2 inches at 100 Yards.
I am using a 70% charge of H4895 , because I have not found any cast bullet data for this round, Have you found any published data for this round with a cast bullet?

Hi dh2  I have no cast bullet data as yet but your load of H4895 (ADI 2206H) sound like you’re on the right track. With my speer 270’s
I have used  63 gr of  ADI 2209 till I ran out and am now using 58.5 gr ADI 2208 (Varget).  What is the exact load of H4895?
Lol I feel a mould purchase coming on .
            Cheers Jeff

I am using the 368-280 GC in my 9.3×57 Husky and Ruger #1 9.3X74 with great results.  24.0 5744 in the 9.3X57 makes 1600fps and sub 2″ groups at 100 yd.  Fired into a 55 gal drum of water ( from above) the HP version opens up like a hollyhock when cast of 95/2.5/2.5 alloy.  it feeds perfectly out of the Mauser magazine.
out of the 9.3×74,  41.0 gr IMR 3031 drives it 2150 fs with excellent accuracy.  This is probably too fast for the HP version.
