Top punch, wrenches and sprue lube are extras now if you want them

Is this group buy still on?
Looking for a bullet for the 22 TCM 9R pistol and a 22 TCM AR rifle.
Would the HTC225-RF-GC work in the rifle at 2800 FPS?  Why the ‘GC’ behind the HTC225-RF-GC as it’s a plain base?
Has anyone tried this bullet style in the 22 TCM R9?
