      I should be in the $1000 Club now, but I haven’t received a notification nor a discount code. Is there a step I have missed, or what? I am uncertain how this program works.

      I still need to purchase a lot of additional molds and sizing stuff, but want to be sure to get whatever savings that are available.

      Any suggestions?

        Here you will find many answers to questions pertaining to the new site and how to use it.  Please read this section first. About Discount codes:

        1.)  Discount codes can now be tied directly to sale items or to users accounts.  You should not need to enter a code for the 1K club or other standing discounts.  They are automatically applied at checkout if the criteria are met.

        2.) The application of discounts occurs on the checkout page so it is a bit later in the process, so please don’t expect it on the product list page as it was on previous site.

          I was actually over $1000 before my last order, which, like this impending order, showed no discount anywhere, on anything..

          I emailed NOE earlier today about the situation, but have not heard back yet..

            If you are correct then most probably Al will take action… I might suggest emailing Al directly on this, although mine came automatically, without me having to ask for it…

            Breathless anticipation is now patiently waiting for ones 74th order…

            My discount now shows up automatically when one goes to ones cart as a percentage discount …  before the shipping cost is added on to the total…

              I called this morning and a very nice gentleman answered the phone and fixed my account..

              I am now a full member of the $1000 club, and I have already placed my big sizing die order minus 10%, so yay for all that good news!
