      What is their thread size?  I need to replace the .309″ plug on my 31 Long Lyman “M” die.

        There are basically no threads  involved with regard to the NOE expander plugs … as it uses the Lee neck Expander dies with the NOE expanders to do what needs to be done to the cartridge cases.
