If I look over my orders from the past 4-5 years I have passed over the 1K club. How would I know if i am getting a discount or if i am even considered a member?

You will basically know when you place a future order, as the discount percentage now shows up automatically when you go to look at @ your shopping cart checkout for those who have been acknowledged by Al to have passed that original landmark in order dollars.

I would call Al on the phone, & talk to him about whether you have actually passed the 1k mark in orders or not.

I will the next time I order something. I just went on my account and added my orders which got me to $1380 since October, 2016.

If you save your emailed invoices that are sent to you… they also show the discount, & if it was applied…
            At least mine do…
Your order history should potentially show the same thing… if you look at your latest invoice…

On my last two orders Al I haven’t gotten the discount for the 1K club, I do want to buy another mold but for some reason when I put my 1K club number in the coupon box it doesn’t give the discount

It is my understanding that if you are… or were a 1K member… once the new NOE store format was put into place that Al had setup the 1K discount to automatically show up once you placed the order for an item by clicking on the Add to Cart button, & before you ever went to checkout… you got your discount shown automatically when you began to checkout your order for an NOE item… or items…

You should be able to sign in, & personally view your account order history and see those discount amounts actually shown on your completed invoices in your order history… records…

You haven’t needed to put in your individual 1K discount code number for a good long while now… as the discount amount now automatically shows up on the order invoice form, & on any invoices final that you might print out for your records… along with the records in your order history…

I know that my 1K discount shows up that way… now … all the time now.

I have personally never needed to use the coupon discount box since the new store format went on line …

Most probably if one tries to enter ones discount code when the discount has already been applied by the checkout software your old individual discount number would not be recognized and honored because your 1K discount had already been applied to your current order…

So one would imagine that the software was smart enough not to apply the 1K discount twice..

As my discount amount appeared automatically once I clicked on the Add to Cart button on the mould item page and then checked my cart…

The discount amount also increments automatically as I added more items to my order… prior to checkout…  so at any point in the order if I went to checkout while shopping … I could see my discount amount automatically… updated…
