      Using same mix of lead, I can cast my 310 diameter mold just a shy small… yet.. this 325 diameter mold is casting closer to 327.

      I was planning to powder coat and size to 325. Thoughts?

        Are you water dropping the bullets or air cooling?  sometimes this will cause bullets to drop a different size.  also  try keeping the mold slightly cooler as hot molds sometimes cast larger.  worst case  try linotype it usually casts on the small side.
