358-195-HP (snubbie heavyweight)

Drawing on post 1 looks to be updated to .358 with .357 diameter forward of the crimp groove. 

I am totally okay with this update; it is more in line with what I expected.

I like the U6 version a whole lot.

Running the data back through the cast bullet design program indicates that a pure pure lead bullet is predicted to be around 201 grains in weight.

Adding a bit of tin to the mix to alloy the lead to get to a 1/30 alloy, the design program predicts that the 1/30 softer lead alloy, with that small amount of tin added, will be around 198 grains in weight.

I believe that there is now enough material in the U6 version for potentially everyone to do as much or as little tweaking to the end product as each individual would want to do with the particular lead content that most warms their heart.

For a Group Buy design…  this is most probably as good as it can get, in the different areas of concern that have been voiced… while leaving the original design concept as intact as possible.
