Currenly running 2.1gn Unique behind a 10BHN 364-200gn bullet sized .363 and lubed with Carnauba Red in a 5″ 38 S&W. Shoots about 4″ above point of aim at 50m (0.2gn less powder shoots quite a bit lower), although I’m getting a little bit of incipient tumbling which gets worse as the load gets hotter. Accuracy beats factory 145gn (which isn’t hard).
2.5gn Unique seemed quite hot and gave some stickier extractions.
I might play around a bit more from 2.0-2.3. I’m also trying some Italian Fiocchi powder with a similar burn rate, 1.8-2.3gn in 0.1gn steps to begin with.

Changed powder – 2.1 gn Fiocci FBlu 32G was magic. At 50m I put 4 shots into 2″ and a 5th 4″ away from that. Shot about 4″ above point of aim, which is nice.
Much less smokey than Unique, too. But, if you think Unique measures badly, the little blue squares of FBlu 32G are even worse… Luckily I have a Lyman automatic dispenser, and it doesn’t run too bad in a late-90s Lee Perfect Powder measure if you tap it a bunch at every operation of the handle (3x on the up stroke, 3x on the down stroke).
