            Rob Bose of Bose’s Guns did the work. His website is still up and I’ve been trying to reach him for about a week but no answer. I just sent him an email and will let you know if I hear back from him. I have an SMLE that I want to turn into a modern scout rifle, a complete rebuild, and he is the guy that could do it.

              Rob Bose is alive and well and Bose’s Guns is busy. We have emailed and talked since I last replied and my SMLE No. 4 MKI is on the way to be turned into a modern scout rifle, something similar to this rifle.

              He takes phone calls at 402-695-2555  Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 11:30am (Central Time), otherwise he keeps his nose to the grindstone to keep the work turning out.
