How about a 452 200 gr FP, with the nose profile the same as TL452-234 RF, but would cast a 200 FP, or a 185 ish HP. For those short throated 1911’s. bushman

so you’re thinking same nose, but cut off the last two bands off the bottom?

Cornmastah- Something along those lines, though one could take a little off each end. The ogive could be shorter, as long as the boolit measures .446″ just above the top band. Like the TL452234 RD.  As it is now all my 45 cal moulds except the TL452234 RD, have to be dual sized,  reducing the boolit to .446″ just above the top band. Otherwise it needs to seated really deep in the case. Darn short/ no throat barrels. My other options are to have the barrels rethroated, or purchase aftermarket barrels, neither of which are viable options for me at this time. bushman
