I decided to make a video weighing pellets to show those who are interested in casting for airguns just how close the weights of the 250-27-RFs with the long pin (lightest pellet)can get from this fine mold.  I’ve been shooting these a lot recently and simply love them.

A maximum variation of about 0.6% is outstanding…. way better than JSBs….

Thanks Al and Bob !!! I cast some more up this morning but it was too cold, lead oxide started plugging up my ladle too much.  I had to reject a lot more today on account of the weather lol !!

The last couple of times shooting these pellets I was using my Airmax Dominator which now days is called the Diana Outlaw.  I’ve modified this gun a little for a little more umph I haven’t put any of them over the chrony with this gun yet but shooting in the field I’m getting really good results.

It’s the first time that I’ve gotten one of these black bellied fox squirrels, I’ve seen them before but just never was able to get a shot at them.
