I have the Lee version of this mold, and would love to have a aluminum 5 cavity in this mold for both .357 and 9mm for subsonic use.  Any interest in a re-run of this one?  Mainly the a 5 cavity. My gripe with the Lee is the softer alloy of Lee molds in aluminum.  An NOE version would last forvever.

I think a round nose 147 gr would be a great idea.  Grooved or grooveless?

Personally, I would like the lube groove on there since I go back and forth with lubes and powder coating.  Also keeping the crimp groove on there.  Any chance convincing Al to get this one going again?

GC on the brass because I picked up a 350 Legend barrel and I’ve been looking for a bullet to use with it and I think this would be perfect.

The legend cartridge usually uses longer truncated cone shaped bullets due to the rib in the magazines.  A lot of the traditional bullet shapes don’t work particularly well with the legend.  It would be cool to maybe draw up a new bullet design for the legend in particular.

AlvinYork, thanks for the interest in the re-run, too late, you said you want a 5 cav.    Still I would like to see it run again.  I don’t plan on going with 350 Legend so a new thread for it would be beneficial and maybe what others are looking for.  I don’t think there are molds being designed for it yet.  Maybe a clone of the RCBS 9mm 147 556 .359 with a gas check would be a good starting point.  Hijacking the thread I started, but if it helps!

I was poking around the store and it looks like they have these, just in the 363 diameter not the 360. Would that fit your bill, tmaloy?

Thanks, but the mold description specifies it for use in the .38 S&W.  More for European designed guns with larger bores.  The nose may be to much to chamber in my 9mm.  Also, I don’t think I would try and force them down with my sizer dies and maybe damage my sizer in the process.  I am hoping Al may consider a small run.
