I placed an order on 4/16/21 and payed with PayPal. Was sent an email with the order number #475772, but when I check under my order status the order is not listed. I have emailed NOE but have not received any response. Just curious if anyone had issues with their order if they paid with PayPal?. Thank you for any information anyone can provide.

PayPal for a while now has not been accepting orders from any company that sells bullets or anything – any company that makes components. Other mould manufacturing firms have posted essentially the same thing about PayPal… Al has not been answering emails so if you want clarification you will need to call by telephone…The following intel is taken from NOE’s home page:
Due to updates to PayPal policies, bullets cannot be purchased using PayPal. If any sample, Gallant or NOE bullet is included in your order, PayPal will not be available at checkout.
Evidently this also now applies to additional orders such as the mould order that you posted on the forum about..

Mike B. Thank you for the reply, I guess I will have to call the number you listed, as PayPal did make the payment and someone from NOE did send me a confirmation email with the order number. I imagine if the order did not go through I would not have received the email and would have been informed that I needed to to repurchase the items. Thank you for taking the time to answer my post.
