From what I’ve been reading over at the CB forum the lube is performing very well! I know it’s been discussed here a couple of times but just want to get an update on the performance especially velocities out to 2500 f.p.s. I’ve got my RD 300 Savage mold and ready to fire up the pot. I’ll be loading these bullets in my Savage 99 and make a test run maybe in a week or so.

I’ve been testing BLL as a stand alone lube for several weeks now using 3 light coats.
The rifle is a 35 whelen and the bullet is the NOE 360230 with an already known load for 2200 fps.
I’ve also shot up to 2500 fps. with the same bullet with no leading.

What has amazed me is i’m getting first shots in the group from a cold clean or cold fouled bbl.
By cold clean bbl. i simply mean a bbl. swabbed with one patch of atf oil after shooting, then one dry patch before shooting.
By cold fouled i mean a bbl. left fired after a range trip till i shoot again…no patches wet or dry.

My last range trip was a few days ago with 105* temp. 1st 3 shots cut each other at 110 yds.
        Last 5 shot group was 7/8″ @ 110 yds.

        BLL works for me!!!
