BRP 360-158 Hornady Clone Bullet

When BRP released his designs to NOE, a thread was started that asked what molds we’d like to see produced. I am particularly interested in Bruce’s design mentioned above. This bullet is very accurate when loaded to the 1100 fps range and cast of a soft alloy. I’ve used it in a 38 Special carbine with great accuracy beyond 200 yards. Would it be possible to get this design into production now?

BABore mentioned to me that I might want to mention this bullet is made to perform like the Hornady swaged soft lead bullet intended for about 1100 fps loads. I think that is a good point to add for information.

I received my four cavity mold today. It is a beauty Al. The weather is forecast to turn wet here Monday so I’ll be casting a big pile of these bullets for summer fun. Thank you so very much for running this mold. It is a mold I have wanted for at least 4 years.
