Need a source for replacement C Clips to hold hollowpoint pins to molds.

I don’t think NOE uses clips to hold the hollow point pins. If you need them foe a Mihec mold the best place to find them is at an auto parts store. I can’t think  of any use for one on an NOE but I could be wrong because I am not familiar with the ones that use the Lyman type HP.

Are you talking about the clips that go to the NOE hollowpoint molds?  Like the ones that hold the hollowpoint pins?  If so, yes you can get them from NOE, just give Al a call at the NOE shop and he can get you what you need.
