I’ve just got a new 40lb bottom pour that I’m itching to get stuck into properly, just waiting for the replacement Fahrenheit PID to arrive as the original came in metric only which is of no use to man nor beast.
I shoot those same big ones in my 50 Alaskan Encore. They are indeed fun. Are you shooting those in a BMG? 50-70? I think I remember you telling me which .50 cal you are shooting them in, but I forgot.
I have PCP Airgun which has LW’s BMG barrel. Haven’t able to test that properly. I need muzzle break and carbon sleeve top of barrel. It kicks quite nicely Hope I got time to test it on this summer. I shot one silhouette competition with that gun…I think it was 2014.. But need to test which bullet works best. Well i know it isn’t bench rest gun but it is still fun to shoot with.
Yes I will soon as I get it back. My friend is fitting Boyds thumbhole stock on it. I post pictures when I got it back… I have also 2 other barrels for that same gun. Just change upper. I got .45 and .257 barrels.
oh yeah, that’s right, it was a .50 cal air gun. You should post some pics of that thing.
Just noticed that on Air Guns section page 2 and last topic. There is couple pictures of my airguns. There is that Savage which has 3 different caliber barrels. That is a gun which is currently getting new stock. So I will put latest pictures when I get it back. Also there is picture my friends air gun. That can called BIGBore it is 20mm
