New here but I was sent over from Cast Boolits. I am trying to see if there is any interest in trying to get a mold made for something similar to the hornady great plains boolit for front stuffers in 50 cal. Ive played with it some but it’s expensive to shoot much id like to pour my own with a few minor changes.

I intend to get the sample bullets out first of next week. Got them packaged up where I hope they won’t get damaged at all in shipment. Anybody that knows where any interest may lie please spread the word.

The samples have been sent out as of yesterday I forgot to include any note but the package is from Aaron Lariscy and contains 4 of the great plains bullets. I have a few places I can share this but im just waiting on the drawing first.

Its a Hollow base, hollow point
We can do one or the other
Would think a hollow base would be the way to go – any input?

Yea definately go with the hollow base its required in my opinion no need for a hollow point on a pure lead 1/2″ diameter slug.

this would be interesting, but I can’t use one in my flinter…too slow of a twist.  My patched round balls work just fine.
