My wife makes good ones too. Good thing I bought a case, kept a bucket, gave a bucket to a friend, and then donate 2 buckets to the local food bank… Ha ha, ordered them from a restaurant supply store.

It made me sad because my Wife makes great PNB cookies and that would have made a bunch.
