just need two more people for it to get put into the schedule.  For those of you with 45-70’s this bullet is lots of fun for light loads!

What do you think of using it in a Ruger Old Army pistol?

I would like to get in line for one for my 45/70s anyway.

I use it in my bfr revolver when I want something real light.  Or load up two in one case for kicks.

I had thought about that since I have an ROA.  I have shot regular .45 ACP 200 SWCs and they shoot good but I guess I am not sure what the NOE CB will give me over a .45AaCP bullet of the same weight or the regular Lee 220?  Not that I haven’t ever done something just for the heck of it so I will probably try it out eventually.

With the ROA I am interested in going the other way with heavier bullets.  A while back Lee had a 250 gr. 6 cavity mould on clearance and I assumed it was a overrun of a “Kaido bullet”  run they did. I jumped on one of them and it sure looks like that what it was. A .457″  250 gr. bullet that looks optimized for the ROA. Got some cast up but haven’t tried any yet.

I highly recommend getting one of these for the 45-70.  10 grs of Unique pushes it out just under 1,000 fps and makes for a FUN plinking round!

Yes, everyone that shoots them loves them.  Just a fun plinking alternative to the heavy bullets.  Plus, you can make twice as many of them for the same amount of lead, ha ha.

Would it be possible to get the 4 people a 15% off coupon code who signed up in the inventory run for this mold?
