Been slowly converting our guest bedroom into a work room for my wife and I to share.  Part of the process has been to get rid of my old reloading bench in the hallway and build a new one for the room.  Here it is so far:

I just finished remodeling my reloading bench about 6 wk. ago and it very similar except the top is made with 2×8 pine boards. I saw your video when you were sizing bullets before powder coating and noticed how your bench wiggled and know why you made a sturdy replacement. I did not attach my legs to the wall as I felt it was strong enough without doing that. It has about 150 pounds of cast bullets and a lot of tools, dies, and 3 heavy presses mounted on top. I did not drill any holes in the top but rather mounted my presses and other tools on a separate 2×8 board that I attach to the bench with c-clamps. That way I can move them where it is convenient so I can use the press or trimmer etc that I choose for my reloading project. I like the jigs you made to make everything square and consistent on both legs. The shelf is nice because there are a lot of things that are nice to have close at hand but can’t be kept on the bench top as it will be too cluttered.  Job well done!
