      Hi all,

Just wondering if any one has tried their new .322-217-SP yet ?

I have certainly molded some up but haven’t tried them yet, (Christmas and weird weather).

Here’s hoping we have some good success.

Well I can add to the above now.

I shot a couple of test groups two days ago and there was definitely some potential, then today another .2 and .4 grn of powder and today the Stars aligned beautifully.
I must say I was a little hesitant because my 32/40 Cadet is only 1: 16 twist and they are a long projectile.
No worries, of the 5 shots of each load, I had 0ne clover leaf of 4 and a flyer,  and a single large hole.

So if you are concerned that they might not shoot, don’t worry, get into it.
They drop out of the mold beautifully with the front band .319 and the rear .323. Vun-der-ba.

Nothing fancy here. I use the Australian made ADI 2207 @ 13.0 and 13.2 grains, Emerts lube with Lanolin and 20:1 lead tin. (second hand Plummers flashing and Pewter mugs from the junk shops.)

        Have fun. DR.
