Went to the NOE site name-mapping & typed in your 311-202 and got the new name 311-206-RN, for the 311-165 the site responded three answers
( To help illustrate the reason for the new name system)

Some of you will have already noticed that we have changed our naming scheme.  We found some shortcomings in our previous system that had resulted in duplicated names and confusion as to which product was being ordered.  Each mould is now named using   (225-46-WFN-A1) .  By using the bin number, even if we have two 358-152-SWC moulds (and we did) they are easily distinguished by that last code.

To help everyone with the transition, we have posted a complete list of mould names (old and new) and links to the dimensional drawings and product pages.

According to the stores postings on the NOE home page there are details on how the old naming system apparently ended ended up with duplicate numbers under the topic of Name conversion.

That’s if you click on the Name Conversion
