I recently purchased a Browning BLR in .358 Win. A NOE 358-009 HP GC 280 grain mould was included. The previous owner indicated he had not had much success with this combination, butmI have no information as to what his loads were other than this bullet. Anyone tried this bullet? I see no hollow point listed currently. Not sure if that means it didn’t work out or if there simply wasn’t much demand.

I would water drop the bullet, HP or not it won’t matter.

If your mould is big enough dia to fit well you should be fine.

didn’t read it well on the first go round thought you had a 35 whelen, check the twist.

It’s a 12 twist. Short 20″ barrel, though. I think I’d have chosen the RCBS 35-200 clone myself. But I’ll likely give it a try when I get time just to see how it shoots.
