I’m working on a update for the QL noe.bul file but it is a major undertaking given the number of designs that NOE has. Tom Myers has a new version of his Cast Bullet Design program that will generate all the specifics of given set of bullets within that program and then send it to the TMT Precision Load Records Ultimate program. Once there, that program can build a QuickLoad bullet file from that data. Both Al and I use the TMTsoftware so it is best to wait for the software version release that can accomplish the work. The man hours to go back through all the designs would be huge as I’m finding out for the load data.
Al and I talked yesterday concerning the information about downloading the noe.bul file. It seems that if you are Windows 10 user, using MS Explorer, you won’t be able to download the file. Al tried it in FireFox and I only use Chrome and it works fine. You might try a different browser if you continue to have problems.

Full database is up now – 987 bullets listed and a supplement with in-case dimension and bearing surface.

Better late for me than never, just purchased QL last week and have been working with it. I did notice in this download the the 432-200 was not included. If someone has the numbers and I can enter it in the file in the below format, I don’t mind doing it myself.
