I’d be interested in the Lyman sabot type slug, in 12-ga.

I do like the idea of a lyman style slug mold here but I am thinking with it’s size two cavity is mot likely as big as we may get

If I remember correctly there is, or was, going to be a “big block” mould which would house the larger boolits. If these are not a figment of my imagination then perhaps these could be used to have 3 (or 4?) slug cavities . . .

For the 12ga mould, I have both the slug and the mould. So if ole Al needs it for dimensions all he has to do is ask and I’ll ship it to him.

I’d definitely be interested in 20 ga.

Regarding diameter, is it possible to orbit a .665″ (or smaller) cherry to make a 12 gauge slug. I think I remember when Mihec did his they would have been oversize for 16 gauge and I want to replace my undersized Lyman.

I don’t think 12g is going to work in the mold blocks. It is too wide for the blocks. 20g might work though.
