Hey guys i tried to order a mold from noe early this week i live in New Zealand when trying to make the payment the site keeped saying that my billing adress was not correct on two seperate cards which i tried three times on each without success i then looked on my online banking account to see i had still been charged three times on each card. Have made contact with my bank and they siad the money has definetly gone through…. ive emailed several times and left messages on the phone with no success i understand it can take awhile for a response sometimes after reading other threads but im getting abit worried that the payments have gone unnoticed any advice one what i should do with the exchange rate im looking at roughly $1600 nz cheers

Hey guys well some good news three of the payments on my credit card have bounced back so thats very good but the other three payments have not i think it might be the company that does the secure payments authorize.net so noe may not actually have the money anyway unfortunately i still havent heard anything from them.
