I have some confusion regarding an order I made and which was delivered.  I replied to the NOE email re the order but haven’t gotten a response, so I thought I’d try this.  My reply was:

“On page 1 of your instructions is a picture that states “Our Push Through Size Die comes with the following parts.”  Included in the list that follows the picture are two items:  “E – (1) Nose first bullet ram”  and “F – (1) Size Bushing”.  These two items were not in the box. 

In the same vein: Not understanding your online description of what should be included, I also ordered a number of what turn out to be spare parts together with the B433 size bushing that I did want and for all of which I have been charged separately.  That is OK.  I need to get smarter.

So here is my situation:  If the two parts mentioned are indeed missing, I would like a .361 bushing as that part when you send the two missing items.  If the ‘missing’ parts are no longer included with the size die and both needed to be ordered separately, just say the word.”
