Will the NOE plug fit the Lee Short Rifle Powder Through Die?

From what I can tell, Lee has two powder through die bodies. I am buying the Classic Cast Turret soon. I reload 380Auto. The Short and Long powder through  dies for rifles will do all the cartridges I load. (45ACP, .223REM, .308W, 762x54R, 30-’06 rifles) The short PTD will work with a 45ACP but not the 380. The minimum case length for the short die is 0.860. The case length of a 45acp is .898 but the 380auto is only .680. I know the Short and Long Rifle PTD do NOT expand the neck, but I think I can live with that. I plan on setting up the turret this way. 1-Size and Deprime, 2-Expand, 3-Powder, 4-Seat & Crimp. That is the current plan.
