Powder Thru Expander Plug needed…

Found this wonderful site and registered after doing a lot of reading. Some really good info here.

I have saw the need for a Powder Thru Expander Plug for my Lee 38 special dies but did not find them in the store. Are these a special run for the powder thru plugs?

I haven’t made the decision on powder coating my bullets yet, but probably need to before getting the expander plug. I order my cast bullets to .358 but my cylinder throats are closer to .3585, so it may be that just coating them will take up the .0005 gap I have and be .0005 to .001 over size.

Would you think this is the best way to go or would I still need to start resizing after powder coating just to make sure?
