Questions on 403180 RF mold

Hello all

I am looking at this mold for .40 S&W. First, does anyone here use it for that, and how do you like it?  Second, I have a more general question. I am a little confused about the “drill for probe” option. What exactly does that mean?  I have looked everywhere I can think to look and am coming up empty.

RG normanclature refers to the mould being able to be converted from solid points to HP’s, to cast both.
