Would NOE also make a Seating Stem to fit this Bullet design for the Lee Precision .25ACP Seating / Crimping die?
If so, i would like Two of the Seating Stems added to my Order.

                Best Regards,
                Chev. William

I Want a Four cavity Mold (Aluminum).

Is there any chance of a Slightly Longer Version of this design to Cast  at about 60 to 65 Grains?

                      Chev. William

I am still waiting for a Review of the Programming required and answer if it is a ‘Doable’ request.

I would like a Mold to drop a 65 to 69 grain (67 grain preferred) of the Basic TL255 Design so it can be sized down to .250″-.252″ for use in loading .25ALR, .25ALS, and .250ALRM ‘Mildcats’.  The .25ALR is .960 case length; the .25ALS is 1.125″ case length; and the .250ALRM is 1.250″ case length with Case diameters like the .25ACP and .25Stevens.

A couple of/few years ago I was Able to buy some TL256-50-RF Cast bullets from “Carolina Cast Bullets” but the Company has been Closed since.
The TL256 does Swage down to .253″ and still has Lube grooves visible (when Tumble Lubed Before swaging) after the sizing process.

Ranch Dog posted that his TL255 Design is intended For Sizing down to fit the Tightest Bore/Groove .25ACP dimensions while the TL 256 Design was intended for the Slightly Oversize Barrel dimensions of Taurus and other semi-auto pistol makers.

I am Hoping that the Machining Program will Allow Addition of another Lube groove And Drive band to the Base for the added weight.

                      Best Regards,

                          Al,
“Ranch Dog” graciously drew up a extended Length TL255 that he calculates will drop at about 64 Grains.  I am copying the drawing here:

I’m still in. It’s been several topic chains and a lot of time but it looks like there’s a chance this may be built.
                                Keeping my fingers crossed.

I’m in. Just give me a few days to check the bbl on the soon to arrive AirGun to see of the dimensions will work.

I have several different NOE MOlds for my .257 custom Talon/Dor AG. Have a Rainstorm II coming for christmas.  Sadly, the .257 molds are casting at 260 (as advertised) and simply too far to bring down to .250 for good accuracy.

With the RD 80 gr flat point, I have the molds in flat point, hollow point that I sent out to Eric, and several molds that I  milled in order to throw apx 58-60 gr. All, VERY Accurate!

Have sent quite a few of the  60 gr modded RD’ out to fellow .257 big bore airguns shootere, and not one unhappy shooter in the bunch!
